I have immense pride in the journey that has shaped my life. My life training began at Crispus Attucks High School, where I laid the foundation for my educational pursuits. Taking my commitment to learning further, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University in Terre Haute, Indiana. My thirst for knowledge led me to also obtain a Master’s Certification in Industrial Systems Technology from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

In 2005, after a fulfilling career at Eli Lilly & Co., I embarked on a new chapter by founding and assuming the role of Director at the nonprofit organization Community and Faith Outreach Initiative, Inc. This organization is not just a career move for me; it’s a calling. Devoted to being a valuable resource for grandparents, kinship caregivers, foster parents, and other family members raising children the second time around, our mission at  Community and Faith Outreach Initiative is crystal clear – to strengthen the family structure through engaging programs and projects, providing a friendly involvement for families to meet with agencies to get a clear view of the support and resources available.

My unwavering commitment to supporting and empowering families shines through in every aspect of my work with Community and Faith Outreach Initiative. Drawing from my educational background in human resource development and industrial systems technology, coupled with hands-on experience, I’ve honed the skills necessary to effectively address the diverse needs of families in my community.

What drives me is a deep-seated passion for making a positive impact on the lives of those I serve. I am committed to fostering stronger family bonds and creating a nurturing environment for all. Through the Community and Faith Outreach Initiative, my dedication is channeled into building a supportive community where families not only survive but thrive. My vision extends to ensuring that children grow up in an environment filled with love and opportunity.
